About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Open Systems Healthcare as a Financial Operations Coordinator where you will play a key role in maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a critical member of our team, you will utilize your analytical skills to review and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective payroll processes and procedures
• Coordinate with employees to ensure timely submission of timesheets and EVV claims
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures
• Analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Perform other duties as required by the organization

What We Offer:
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
