We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Canon Business Process Services, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing and distributing parts, and ensuring data integrity in our SAP system.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and confirm stock levels, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory data
- Process and distribute parts using SAP WMS for prototype builds
- Receive and scan parts to shelf locations, ensuring timely and accurate storage
- Pick and transport parts to offsite locations, maintaining inventory levels
- Expedite late part shipments and maintain data integrity in SAP
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records in Excel
- Collaborate with IS applications, including Lotus Notes, Excel, SAP, and Word
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting, with inventory control and distribution experience
- Basic computer knowledge, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain attention to detail
- Physical demands include operating a forklift, driving a car, and lifting/carrying 50 pounds
