Technical Requirements:

As a Device Assembler at Equiliem, you'll work with a variety of equipment and tools, including microscopes, test equipment, EFDs, ultrasonic welders, induction welders, soldering irons, dia callipers, pressure gages, and rulers. You'll also use Microsoft Office tools, such as Word and Excel, to record information and track progress. Additionally, you may be required to work on different product lines and operate various types of machinery. If you have experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Good Documentation Practices, that's a plus

Responsibilities:

* Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively
* Record information accurately and efficiently
* Communicate with colleagues and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in medical device assembly or related field
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a clean room environment and follow proper protocols

Competencies:

* Technical skills: Proficient in operating equipment and using software applications
* Communication skills: Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
* Problem-solving skills: Resolves issues and improves processes to enhance efficiency

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $45,000 and $65,000, depending on your location and level of experience.
