- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts using TOSCA or other automation tools.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
- 10+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and software development life cycles.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira and JTMF.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in an offshore/offsite model.
- Preferred experience in banking or financial services.
