At Diverse Lynx LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the testing effort and team to plan, construct, and execute release tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes to ensure high-quality software releases.
  • Lead a team of software testers and provide guidance on testing methodologies, principles, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using TOSCA or other automation tools.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of software testing experience.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles, testing methodologies, and software development life cycles.
  • Experience with test management tools such as Jira and JTMF.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in an offshore/offsite model.
  • Preferred experience in banking or financial services.
