Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paraprofessional to join our team at ProCare Therapy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of classroom management and experience working with elementary school students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing classroom activities
  • Work with small groups and individual students to support their learning and development
  • Supervise students during play and other activities
  • Help to maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 60+ hours of college credits
  • Associates degree
  • Paraprofessional license/certification
  • Substitute license/certification
