Key Responsibilities of the Senior Vice President, Investment Operations:

  • Drive value enhancement within our portfolio companies and assess new investment prospects.
  • Facilitate our global underwriting and portfolio management, including monitoring and governance frameworks.
  • Establish independent relationships to thoroughly analyze opportunities and risks within the portfolio, demonstrating strong communication skills and exceptional quantitative analytical abilities.

Qualifications We Seek:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Preferred certification as an accountant with at least 3 years of experience in transaction support services, ideally within a private equity framework.
  • Experience in a private equity portfolio support group, consultancy, or operational role with private equity responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated client service experience with the ability to communicate and present effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial statements and enterprise value in an M&A context.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment, engaging positively with internal teams, portfolio company executives, and external service partners.
