Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and develop our DevOps team to boost performance and capabilities.
  • Formulate and implement strategies for effective deployment and automation.
  • Manage the design and upkeep of cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to enhance speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Assess and adopt new technologies to refine DevOps practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in scaling teams from inception.
  • At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Compensation Package:

  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Salary range: $250,000 - $400,000.
