Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role involves ensuring the integrity and security of various applications and services through rigorous testing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of web services, web applications, APIs, and mobile applications to identify potential security vulnerabilities, including wireless penetration testing and assessments of point-of-sale device security.

  • Execute patch and configuration audits, generating comprehensive reports on findings.
  • Regularly perform Host Discovery Scans and maintain an updated inventory of client-related URLs.
  • Utilize commercial tools to evaluate the security of personally identifiable information (PII) and payment card industry (PCI) data at rest.

Requirements:
  • Analyze scan results, eliminate false positives, recommend solutions, and assist in remediation efforts.
  • Coordinate scanning activities with external parties, manage internal and external scan requests, and secure necessary approvals.
  • Facilitate follow-up discussions with stakeholders and provide ongoing support for remediation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and administering vulnerability testing tools.

Technical Proficiencies:
Familiarity with tools such as CheckMarx, Client WebInspect, Nmap, Metasploit, and Nessus Security Center is essential.

  • Proven experience in comprehensive vulnerability management, including operating systems, web applications, and mobile application testing.
