Professional Development
As a new graduate registered nurse, you will engage in a 12-month Nurse Residency Program that provides extensive support and mentorship, enhancing your clinical skills and confidence in patient care.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments in a timely manner, adhering to established practice standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that align with patient needs and objectives.
- Evaluate and adjust nursing care based on patient progress and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient care documentation.
- Administer medications safely, following professional standards and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and achieve patient goals.

Qualifications
Required:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active Registered Nurse license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
Preferred:
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
Applicants should be prepared to work in various environments and handle physical demands associated with nursing care.
Vision and Safety Standards
