Job Description

Startekk Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a Databricks and Power BI program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and business intelligence, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with business users and IT leaders to understand their requirements and relay them to the offshore team.
  • Have a high-level understanding of the data and BI landscape, specifically Databricks and Power BI, to handle discussions and drive demos.
  • Understand SQL and data analysis skills are mandatory.
  • Track project milestones, resolve functional and technical blockers, and manage timelines.
  • Conduct Power BI report demos, gather feedback, and collaborate with the offshore team to make necessary adjustments.
  • Have prior experience working in an onshore-offshore model across two time zones.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple data and BI projects.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodology and ability to manage projects within an Agile framework.
  • Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Presentation skills to present program accomplishments to SR leadership level.
