Job Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Developmental Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to children with autism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Individualized Therapy Sessions: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession.
  • Implement Intervention Plans: Collaborate with our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized intervention plans, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
  • Family Support and Communication: Build strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and ensuring ongoing communication and support.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification.
Qualifications
  • Education and Certification: Preferably enrolled in or completed a degree program in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field, with the ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive. Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
