About the Role:- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
- Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
- Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Proficiency Test required for additional pay increase).
- Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training).
- Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children.
- Ability to work on a team.
- $26.00/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities, including an additional $1/hour for bilingual proficiency.
