Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve beverages to guests according to company standards and recipes.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, including taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Count and reconcile cash and credit transactions at the end of each shift.
- Secure and maintain the integrity of the bar area, including liquor, beer, and wine storage.
- Follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and security.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits a plus.
