Key Responsibilities:- Oversee client support and ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team management
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
- Collaborate with the Retail Department Manager and other departments to achieve business objectives
- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fine jewelry industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience
