Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee client support and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and team management
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Collaborate with the Retail Department Manager and other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fine jewelry industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience
