Requirements:

  • HVAC, plumbing, and electrical experience a plus.
  • Basic understanding of computer use, including Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
  • Knowledge of building equipment, building codes, and building systems.
  • Flexibility with the schedule, with availability for day, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
