Job Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Development Team Lead to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will have at least three to five years of experience in fundraising with a proven track record and strong skills in fundraising strategy, development operations, communications, donor engagement, and internal stakeholder management.

This role offers tremendous potential for growth and leadership responsibilities as we strive to expand our Partner community and reach new heights in fundraising revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior development staff to devise and execute a comprehensive strategy for Partner engagement and revenue growth.
  • Actively identify, engage, and foster relationships with new and existing Partners to significantly expand our Partner community.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations related to development efforts, ensuring timely and accurate responses to Partner inquiries and maintaining high service standards.
  • Take ownership of specific reporting and analytical tasks to monitor and enhance the effectiveness of fundraising strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three to five years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development.
  • Experience managing a team of direct reports is a plus.
  • Proficiency in donor database management and fundraising software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A creative and innovative approach to donor relations, emphasizing personalization and impact.
