About the Position

We are seeking a Financial Development Specialist to join our team at Intrinsic Development. As a key member of our pre-construction team, you will assist with various responsibilities related to our in-progress and future real estate projects, including financial analysis, market research, and project coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis, including pro formas, valuation, underwriting, and data analysis.
  • Develop and present reports for meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Assist with project meetings and conference calls as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Currently majoring in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate, debt/investment, or property underwriting is a plus.
  • Highly organized with a strong work ethic and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients effectively.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is $45,120 - $56,800 per year based on a 20-hour workweek and $12.00 - $15.00/hour based on experience.
