- Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in upscale independent restaurant leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch and consistent customer service, with a strong focus on creating memorable experiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, adapt to changing priorities, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work long hours, maintain a flexible schedule, and perform physical tasks as required, including lifting up to 35lbs.
- Competitive Salary: A salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
