Construction Worker

Miranda Construction is seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involving manual labor at construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Perform manual labor tasks at construction projects
- Maintain a clean job site by picking up tools and equipment and securing the site each day
- Handle and store materials, load and unload trucks, and haul and hoist materials
- Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
- Ability to pass a background check without any concerning issues
- Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the work
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instruction
- Some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in commercial and interior projects
- Some knowledge of first aid and applicable safety precautions

- Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions

- Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, and extreme heat
