  • Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and quality for materials and services.
  • Resource Allocation: Oversee resource allocation, including the management of materials, equipment, and workforce.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring adequate stock without over-accumulation.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives to improve processes, leveraging methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to boost productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Master's Degree, Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Public Accounting, Six Sigma, or similar.
  • Experience: years of General Management/Executive Level leadership in a Manufacturing Company.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership track record in team management and staff development.
  • Manufacturing Expertise: Manufacturing related ERP usage.
  • Business Acumen: Excellent Operations and Finance understanding required.
