Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at a world-class manufacturing company in the West Hartford, CT area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain all manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Inspect and operate Powered Industrial equipment as required.
  • Monitor and record pressure and temperature ranges as needed.
  • Load and unload film from machines.
  • Perform quality checks and remove and inspect tooling as required.
  • Set up and perform splices.
  • Additional duties may be required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work safely and wear Personal Protection Equipment as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
