About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our store management team at Panda Restaurant Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a single store, including inventory management, customer service, and employee development.
  • Lead a team of associates to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales growth, customer retention, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to share best practices and drive business results.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
