Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at King Soopers. As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of the Grocery department, including supervising and training associates, managing inventory and stock levels, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, including creating and executing sales promotions and managing customer complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company goals.
- Monitor and control expenses for the department, including managing budgets and forecasting sales.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or grocery environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, customers, and other departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
