We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Services Representative to join our team at Central Square. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing financial transactions, and promoting credit union services.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and serve members, processing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide routine information and direct members to appropriate departments for specific services.
- Open and process new accounts, handle requests, and cross-sell credit union services.
- Complete account inquiries, address changes, and account maintenance requests.
- Meet balancing requirements and perform various tasks, including typing, filing, and computer input.
- One to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard.
- Accuracy with numbers and names.
The work environment is moderate, with occasional lifting and moving up to 25 pounds. The noise level is usually moderate.
