Relationship Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team in Cranberry Township, PA. As a key member of our Retail organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.

• Proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch
• Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing
• Manages and grows Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue
• Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI
• Customer experience management and advocacy

• University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
• Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
