Job Summary

Old Dominion University seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to support the implementation of its undergraduate admissions strategic plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and evaluating marketing and communication strategies to directly impact enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract and enroll future students
  • Manage and evaluate marketing and communication strategies to achieve enrollment goals
  • Provide leadership and supervision to a team of admissions staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with university goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Masters degree in student personnel, student affairs, higher education or a related field
  • Considerable knowledge of recruitment, admissions and yield activities
  • Strong public speaking and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in higher education and admissions
  • Leadership experience in recruitment or sales
  • Knowledge of student records systems and CRM software
