Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Hiring Winners. As a key member of our National Sales Division, you will be responsible for driving the finance and insurance income activity and results for a defined group of dealerships.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have 5-8 years of related experience and/or training, including 5+ years as a Sales, Finance or General Manager in Dealership Operations. You will be expected to work independently within budget and lead a team that works within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and schedule dealership visits to drive production, development, and sales through in-store skills modeling and income development;
- Meet with F&I Department, Service Department, Sales Department, Accounting Department and Dealer Executive Leadership to identify opportunities to improve volume, product production index, units under management, VSA penetrations, and dealership finance and insurance department profitability;
- Assist dealer management in setting standards for sales skills and hold dealership personnel accountable for behavioral performance standards;
- Provide written summaries/recap emails to dealership management teams, GSFS Director, and Triton Management after each dealership visit;
- Recruit and interview F&I personnel as requested;
- Analyze and report monthly and quarterly skills and metrics objectives for each dealership on a timely basis;
- Determine account needs and articulate to all stakeholders: Triton National Management, Dealer Group Leadership, and Director, GSFSGroup Training & Development;
- Create 90-day development plans with GSFSGroup resources;
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university;
- Discipline to work Independently within budget and lead a team that works within budget;
- Ability to effectively utilize Salesforce and complete all assigned reporting in a timely manner;
- Working knowledge of Financial Services Sales Menus & Partner DMS (a plus);
- Positive attitude: is a Leader committed to helping direct reports and clients exceed their goals while taking personal responsibility and accountability for both outcomes;

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000/year with a 15% annual discretionary bonus.
