**The Position**

We are seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to oversee, train, and evaluate technicians while planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures that align with our core values.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control Industry, including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management
  • Collaborate with branch managers and office personnel to achieve company goals
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians to ensure high-quality service
  • Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policies and procedures
  • Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling
  • Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others
  • Integrate Fox Pest Control's core values into the branch operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Pest Control or Lawn Care industry experience is highly preferred
  • Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations
  • Previous sales management experience is a plus
  • Exceptional customer service and retention skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills, including route management
  • Ability to multitask and perform a wide variety of duties
  • This position is subject to a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
  • Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license

  • Competitive base pay ($65,000 - $75,000 - DOE)
