Key Responsibilities- Destination Coordination: Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients and families, and assist with navigation to various hospital destinations.
- Environmental Services: Maintain a clean and organized environment by cleaning, removing trash, and replenishing supplies in patient rooms and public areas.
- Dietary Services: Assemble and serve meals according to patient orders, and maintain food safety and quality standards.
- Transportation Services: Safely transport patients and equipment between hospital units and treatment centers.
- Supply & Equipment Management: Order and stock supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory levels.
- General: Answer phones, respond to call lights, and interact with patients and families to assess their needs and provide support.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in healthcare or customer service a plus.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting, Act 33, Act 34, and Act 73 FBI Clearance required.
