Position Title: Senior Windows Systems Engineer

Position Summary:
We are in search of an experienced Senior Windows Systems Engineer to become a vital part of our global manufacturing organization's infrastructure team. This role is tailored for professionals with a robust background in managing extensive Windows environments, ideally suited for candidates located near Charlotte, NC, for periodic onsite engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and sustain enterprise-level Windows environments, managing over 15,000 servers to ensure peak performance and security.
2. Supervise and enhance the utilization of Windows Active Directory (AD), Group Policy (GP), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.
3. Administer and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 (O365) and associated services, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
4. Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions effectively.
5. Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) for patch management, image creation, deployment, and comprehensive system oversight.
6. Employ Windows 11 and related technologies for configuration and maintenance across the organization.
7. Develop and maintain thorough process and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in Windows System Engineering within large, intricate environments.
- Proven expertise in managing extensive server environments (15,000+ servers), preferably within global enterprises.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows integrations, MECM/SCCM, Windows 11, M365 Apps, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) technologies, with Nexthink as a preferred option.
- Proficient in virtualization technologies such as AVD/W365, Citrix, VMWare, etc.
- Understanding of macOS and Jamf management.
- Strong capability to create comprehensive process and technical documentation.
