Treasury Specialist

LOGS Legal Group LLP is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Specialist to join our Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing treasury functions in a timely and accurate manner. This role assists with the formulation and execution of internal controls and policies within the Finance and Accounting functions of the business.

• Positive Pay Exceptions
• ACH and Wire Transfers
• Lockbox Redistribution
• Lockbox Bank Account Constructive Receipts-Confirmation and Recording
• Invoice Payment Approvals (ACHs, Checks, Credit card payments)
• Bank Daily Activity and Balance Reporting
• Trust Account Reporting
• Trust accounts: wire approvals, positive pay
• Reconciliations: Amex, Visa, operating account, trust account
• Processing: vendor invoices, requests for adjustments and invoice review
• Checks: cost payables, client refunds, void check requests
• Deposits for firm reimbursement

• Bachelor of Arts/Science in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience (at least 3 years working in accounting function required)
