Job Summary

The Treasury Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Finance team by performing treasury functions in a timely and accurate manner. This will include assisting with the formulation and execution of internal controls and policies, as well as managing expense approval processes, banking transactions, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Positive Pay exceptions and ACH and wire transfers
  • Process lockbox redistribution and lockbox bank account constructive receipts-confirmation and recording
  • Approve invoice payments (ACHs, checks, credit card payments)
  • Prepare and review bank daily activity and balance reports
  • Manage trust account reporting and reconciliations
  • Process vendor invoices, requests for adjustments, and invoice review
  • Manage checks, cost payables, client refunds, and void check requests
  • Process deposits for firm reimbursement
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science in Accounting or related field (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience (at least 3 years working in accounting function required)
