Identity Management Deployment Expert

GBIT is seeking an experienced Identity Management Deployment Expert to join our team. As a SailPoint IDN Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and documenting workflows, custom connectors, and other custom software to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SailPoint IDN provisioning integration modules
  • Develop custom connectors for SailPoint IDN
  • Architect and lead SailPoint IDN implementations, including application onboarding, workflow customization, and report development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, complete attribute mappings, and execute integration testing
  • Prepare product documentation, test cases, test plans, and support processes

Requirements:

  • At least 6-8 years of experience in Identity Management deployment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint Identity Now
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in IT-related field or extensive experience in SailPoint implementation and deployment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SailPoint IDN certification
  • Strong hands-on scripting experience, preferably in Python
  • Experience in integrating SailPoint with HRMS and ServiceNow applications
  • Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
