About the Role

As a Teller at ESL Federal Credit Union, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to assist members with their financial transactions, while also building relationships and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a positive member experience by identifying and meeting their needs effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist members with processing financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Refer ESL products and services to members, helping them to achieve their financial goals.
  • Learn about the banking and finance industry, gaining a deeper understanding of our products and services.
  • Gain exposure to various career opportunities within ESL, including leadership and professional development.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6-12 months of Teller experience preferred.
  • Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Good computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to remain flexible and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate alignment with ESL's Core Values, mission, vision, and Purpose.
