Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Development Educator to join our team at BRIA.

About the Role

This position plays a vital role in fostering a high standard of resident care across our facilities. As a Clinical Development Educator, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions that empower our staff to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement facility-specific clinical educational plans to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure our nursing teams stay up-to-date with best practices.
  • Maintain open communication channels to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing among staff members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse in long-term care.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Director of Nursing in long-term care.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents.
  • The ability to create engaging training plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Clinical Development Educator at BRIA, you can expect:

  • An estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience.
