Clinical Development Educator Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Development Educator to join our team at BRIA. This role is an excellent opportunity for experienced nursing professionals to make a meaningful impact in the long-term care sector.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions, monitoring clinical development in nursing departments, and fostering a high standard of resident care across all facilities. Additionally, they will develop facility-specific clinical educational plans to ensure seamless implementation of best practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to monitor and analyze clinical development trends and metrics.
  • Maintain a culture of excellence by promoting high-quality resident care and adhering to industry standards.
  • Develop customized education plans tailored to each facility's unique needs and goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in long-term care.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Department Head (DON) in long-term care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and teams.
  • A personable nature with the ability to build strong relationships with staff members.
  • Proven ability to create effective training plans that meet facility-specific needs.
Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
