Clinical Psychiatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychiatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires 24 hours per week, working 8 hours, days. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading interdisciplinary teams, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans;
- Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based practices and policies;
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare providers and patients;
- Participate in onboarding process, including background checks and pre-employment health screenings.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current RN license - Massachusetts;
- BLS certification;
- Experience in psychiatric nursing or related field;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
