We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nursing Professional to join our team at Tenet Massachusetts in Berlin, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

As a Psychiatric Nursing Professional, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with psychiatric needs. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that patients receive individualized attention and support to achieve optimal health outcomes.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $98,500 per year, based on experience, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, and 401k retirement plans. We also offer a sign-on bonus of $7,500 to attract top talent to our team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Massachusetts
  • BLS certification
  • Experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in an inpatient setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A bilingual (Spanish/English) candidate would be an asset to our team, but it is not a requirement.
