In this role, you will play a critical part in the overall functioning of our facility, interacting with patients in accordance with established treatment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in luggage and body searches
  • Monitor and facilitate Book Studies and Recovery meetings
  • Document hourly checks and ensure patients follow the Bradford Program Schedule
  • Supervise and facilitate patient activities as directed
  • Assist patients to and from activities, medication times, and meals when unable to physically walk
  • Assist the counselor as assigned and engage in appropriate documentation
  • Responsible for adherence to all applicable policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to walk within the facility and on the grounds for approximately one mile per eight hour shift
  • Ability to administer CPR and be certified
  • Emotional and physical capability to function under stressful situations
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and perform the job in a safe manner. You must be able to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers, managers, clients, and prospective clients.
