Breakfast Shift Manager

As a Breakfast Shift Manager at Wendy's, you will be responsible for leading a team of enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food. You will ensure that our customers have the best dining experience possible, while also making sure that our team members are well-trained and motivated to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of team members to ensure excellent customer service and quality food
Ensure that food safety standards and procedures are on point
Make things happen and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
Availably for 6 days a week from 5am to 11am, including Week-ends
Requirements:
At least one year of restaurant work experience
High school diploma or GED
Mad skills in problem-solving, customer service, and decision making
Giving and taking direction like a pro
Flexible work availability
