This position is primarily onsite, with potential telework options available after a successful initial period.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the IRMAC meets established standards for both external and internal data quality.
- Provide support to the call center during peak times.
- Investigate MICA reports for discrepancies and maintain the MICA Database.
- Conduct data entry for the Customer Feedback Server and review databases for inaccuracies.
- Analyze call center interactions to assess patient experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans for team members.
- Monitor and report on the quality of service provided by call center agents.
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflow processes and ensure compliance with established standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a medical setting.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance are required.
- Familiarity with MHS GENESIS and a solid understanding of statistics.
- Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of human anatomy and medical terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Experience in a military health system or similar environment is preferred.
ADDITIONAL TASKS:
- Provide summaries of quality performance metrics to leadership.
- Assist in staff training and development initiatives.
- Maintain records of quality assessments and statistical analyses.
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
- Engage in customer feedback programs to understand client needs.
