BIM-Total Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Infrastructure Division

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM-Total Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Infrastructure Division in Edgecliff Village. This is a full-time or part-time position starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement BIM methodology within our Infrastructure Division, focusing on (steel) water construction, road construction, utility construction, and structural engineering.
  • Create, review, and manage BIM content, ensuring compliance with modeling standards and AIA guidelines.
  • Coordinate projects across all planning disciplines, preparing projects, moderating BIM meetings, and ensuring project success.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices within the Infrastructure Division.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM into our infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction informatics.
  • Several years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure.
  • Strong interest in new technologies and BIM methodology.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other infrastructure-specific solutions.
