Job Summary

The IT Field Systems Technician will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining IT hardware and software required for theater operations. This role will also involve working as part of a remote team for project rollouts and providing support for escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain servers, network equipment, digital signage, and digital cinema (TMS) equipment.
  • Work with Theater managers on proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Travel to assigned theaters to complete new installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and projects.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and Windows Server).
  • Technical or Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • IT Certification(s) related to position.
  • Good understanding of Cisco networking.
  • Experience with Cinema equipment including computer systems, POS, Projection, and other systems.

Work Environment

Selected candidate will work from home on various projects using company provided computer and phone. Occasional travel outside of the assigned geographic area may be required for special projects.
