Key Responsibilities- Payment Processing: Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Invoice Management: Submit invoices to customers efficiently and accurately.
- Customer File Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, including any changes in name, address, or account status.
- Collections Communication: Draft correspondence for overdue accounts, identify delinquent accounts, and communicate with customers to facilitate payment.
- Reporting: Generate reports detailing the current status of customer accounts as required.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate customer discrepancies and past-due amounts, collaborating with the Collections Manager and other team members.
- Account Reconciliation: Work with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a regular basis.
- Billing Statements: Assist in the generation of monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.
- Revenue Reconciliation: Support the Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts monthly.
- Documentation Management: Copy, file, and retrieve materials related to accounts receivable as necessary.
- Information Relay: Communicate updates and changes to relevant team members.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Chinese is necessary for accessing the company’s ERP system in Chinese.
