Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement the comprehensive range of intricate assignments and projects that engage multiple technological systems.
  • Responsible for one or more strategic initiatives encompassing business, operational, and IT outcomes.
  • Manage all facets of the project lifecycle, ensuring that commitments are fulfilled within the established time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Validate financial projections and maintain ongoing reconciliation of resources and related project costs.
  • Collaborate with business partners to document and assess current processes and to define future business workflows.
  • Coordinate documentation needs for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, business logic, reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Work alongside business stakeholders to outline and coordinate the execution of user acceptance testing scenarios.
  • Ensure that appropriate training is provided to end-users.
  • Serve as a liaison and problem solver for issues related to SAP applications.
  • Willingness to learn IGT's proprietary software and potentially train clients on its usage.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within IT Project Management in a medium to large-scale organization.
  • Proven experience in gathering, documenting, assimilating, estimating, and prioritizing requirements with input from business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in planning and managing testing for Unit Tests and Integration Tests, as well as facilitating comprehensive business process testing through super users.
  • Experience in managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams. Familiarity with SAP or PMI's project management methodologies is preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP Project Systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP BPC is a plus.
  • Strong skills in facilitating group meetings, along with effective presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Project and PowerPoint.
  • Proven capability to quickly build trust with sponsors and key stakeholders; mobilize and inspire teams; set direction and approach; resolve conflicts; deliver challenging messages gracefully; and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate clearly and precisely at all levels, both in writing and verbally.
  • Experience working within an SAP ECC environment.
