About the Company:

You will be part of a well-established general contracting firm that undertakes prestigious projects across multiple states. This organization is recognized for its strong market presence and is offering a unique opportunity to lead business expansion within their Mission Critical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project timelines.
  • Negotiate and finalize change orders, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
  • Prepare monthly project updates, client invoicing, and financial risk evaluations.
  • Identify and propose value engineering and scope reduction strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contract specifications, budgets, insurance, bonds, and change orders while monitoring project progress.
  • Guide the project team in formulating the Project Management Plan (PMP).
  • Facilitate pre-award and pre-construction meetings.
  • Manage procurement of project materials and equipment within budget constraints.
  • Supervise the project site for cost, safety, quality, and schedule adherence alongside the project superintendent.
  • Adjust project schedules as necessary to achieve milestones and financial objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of project management experience in Data Center Construction.
  • Proven ability to lead successful project delivery teams.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comprehensive understanding of commercial construction processes.
  • Familiarity with construction laws and regulations.
  • Knowledge of building codes and design requirements.
