Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-trade compliance checks to ensure trade orders comply with account and fund investment restrictions.
- Process trade orders and submit them into the trading systems, ensuring seamless execution.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of PI procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve trade-related issues in a timely manner, providing proactive follow-up to stakeholders.
- Monitor the status of open orders, cash positions, and portfolio weightings, alerting Portfolio Managers to potential issues and providing suggestions for improvement.
- Monitor performance and holdings across investment strategies, identifying opportunities for tax trades and providing recommendations to Portfolio Managers.
- Proactively engage in building efficient and scalable workflows for model delivery, working closely with Portfolio Managers to maintain models and facilitate updates.
- Coordinate corporate action and securities lending responses with Portfolio Managers and custodians, ensuring consistent processing.
- 3+ years of experience in Investment Management, with a focus on trade execution, compliance, and portfolio administration.
- Experience using trade order management systems, portfolio accounting systems, and/or execution management systems.
- Trade life cycle and securities domain knowledge, including equities, fixed income, options, and foreign exchange markets.
- Knowledge of registered investment companies (RICs) and mutual funds.
