About the Job

As a Licensed Residential Service Plumber at As You Wish Electric, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to residential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and customer service abilities.

Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary of $170,000-$280,000 annually, based on performance. This includes commission on jobs sold and completed, weekly cash bonuses, and monthly bonuses. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Health insurance with 75% employer-paid premium for employees, 50% for dependents.
  • 401(k) matching
  • Paid time off, including 6 holidays and two weeks of vacation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, drains, fixtures, and piping.
  2. Install and maintain plumbing systems according to industry standards and local building codes.
  3. Provide clear explanations of diagnoses, solutions, and costs to customers.
  4. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance services to prevent plumbing emergencies.
  5. Collaborate with office staff on preparing and submitting necessary documentation for plumbing permits.
  6. Maintain knowledge of regulations and certifications required for plumbing services and administrative licensing.
Requirements
  • Valid PL01 or PL02 license (Washington State, or Idaho) REQUIRED
  • Valid Administrative License (Admin License).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in residential plumbing systems.
  • Proven customer service and sales experience, with a focus on presenting comprehensive solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to representing As You Wish Electric professionally.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing.
