About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodial Services Specialist to join our team at Janus of Santa Cruz. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained, including floors, windows, and equipment.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.
  • Respond to emergencies and clean up spills and messes promptly.
  • Document procedures and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid California driver's license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
