Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Procurement: Manage all food and beverage purchasing activities, including purchasing orders, budget management, and pricing updates.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient logistics.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage inventory turnover, and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Ensure departmental budgets are managed effectively, and financial reports are accurate and timely.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and management, to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience, with 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in purchasing and inventory management software.
  • Certifications: Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) certification preferred.
